All submissions to the journal must be made using our Online Document Submission and Management System. Registration is required for initial submission, and is free and easy.

 

All manuscripts will be acknowledged by an automated message upon receipt. The review process will be completed as promptly as possible by the Editorial Board. Publication may require revision and resubmission.  When the final determination to either publish or reject the article has been made, the author will be contacted by the Editor. Authors of approved manuscripts will be required to make editorial revisions to the article as a condition of final approval for publishing. The entire review process normally requires no more than three months.
